help needed for secret santa!!

i got the lady at work who i don't know particularly well, so I was delighted when i saw a pair of top quality satin pjs within the agreed budget. I guessed she was a 12, so I've ordered them. I was quizzing her today and she said she's a 12/14!!
I've been back on the site but the next size is 14/16.
What should I do???

definitely don't buy the next size up - she may be very offended!!!!
pjs often come up big anyway, so i'd stick with the ones you have

even though she's average size my guess is as its soon coming to new years and its everyones new years resolution to join a gym,she''ll be ok with them and have an incentive to keep at it unlike the rest of us that goes for 3 days and never see the inside of a gym till the following january!

i know what you mean, but she is tquite all and she said today that she can't stand things being too short or tight! I think the style is quite loose though, the top is long with a tie belt. Would you still stick to the ones i've got?

aw puddicat! I was dead chuffed with the pyjamas! I thought they were a lovely present. They are feminine and pretty and not something you would buy yourself. She travels a lot and i thought they would pack easily, you know, fold up small.
maybe i should have got wine and chocolates :(

i thought that too, but, i thought if she travels a lot - city breaks and such, you've more opportunty to wear them haven't you? I thought they would be nice loungewear too.
Anyway they arrived yesterday and they look quite short to me, so i'm going for the bigger size, and i'll explain to her why. I was thinking she could always take them in, but can't make them bigger!
They are beautiful quality - an absolute bargain! they have a supersoft lining -gorgeous!
