Top for engagement party

I am looking for a nice top to wear to an engagement party on saturday.It must have sleeves at least down to the elbow as I need to hide some scars on my upper arms(skin graft,so quite big).It can't be low cut as I am quite flat chested(34A) and I'm not overly keen on tunic styles.I wear a size 10 mainly because I have a broad back and shoulders and anything smaller feels restrictive.I have been trawling the internet for a couple of hours this morning but haven't found anything suitable on the usual sites........ASOS,Topshop,New Look etc. Can anyone help please???Please don't suggest high street stores without a website as I am unable to get to any due to travelling distance and the fact I don't drive.

I ended up getting a vest top that I will wear with a long sleeved silver shrug.I couldn't find a nice long sleeved top anywhere!
