Cool T shirt design

I recently saw someone wearing a t shirt that seemed to be a big hit with getting peoples attention. Plus it looked pretty cool too.....................basically it was a white t shirt with a printed picture of a black tie with little patterns on it. However the print created an illusion that the tie was in a loose knot around the neck and drifting off to one side!! If u understand what i mean and know where to get this t shirt, please let me know!! thanks

I know you get them for girls in Primark just now. They also have ones with a waitcoat printed on them. But i am assuming you are a bloke, and these were girls ones. The mens department might do them as well.
