Ive always found there bra sizing to be terrible - I give up trying there as everything always seems to small, and fits badly even when big enough

Are you sure you are the bra size you think you are Kaffryn? I think the statistics in the UK are 60% of women are wearing the incorrect bra size.

We often don't make allowances for weight gain or hormonal changes, which may increase size.

I've tried La Senza and found the cup size was ok, but the general fit uncomfortable and unflattering.

I' ve always had the same problem with La Senza. The sizes are small, and the cup shapes are all wrong and seem badly made.

It isnt that i wasnt trying the right size, as i'd been measured profesionally only a short time before.

For now, i'm sticking to M& S and Bravissimo bra's.

I was exactly the same - needed a cup size 2x bigger than normal, and it still didn't fit properly. Thats not due to hormones etc, its just crap sizing - I was trained how to measure in a previous job so I know how to measure correctly. I don't shop at La Senza anymore. Try Debenhams instead, theirs are an excellent fit.
