Lexie's Cardi in Emmerdale

I've just seen Lexie's white short sleeved knitted cardi in Emmerdale. Would anyone have any ideas where I could source? Thank you.

Hey, better late than never with an answer lol If you're still looking then Primark are doing some little cardigans like it just now. I saw them in there the other day and remembered reading this question a while back.
