Ooh I deffo want to join, I really need to lose weight. I look like a hippo atm.

Oh dear...........gulp!!! I do seem to have started something don't I.
Right, well I read this lot AFTER finishing my pizza so I am officially starting................NOW.
Yes, I will post next week and PROMISE to eat healthily all week. (oh, and also to tell the truth).

Im not going to follow a plan as such,just cut out the rubbish and eat healthily.I find though,that i dont lose weight unless i exercise so i will go in my gym starting tomorrow.

ive been going to slimming world for the last 18 weeks and ive put on 7 pounds in all that time some weeks i lost but most weeks i put back on again ,,,put on a lot at xmas ...my mind has been made up now im going to really stick to it and lose a few stone ....lots of exercise and no rubbish food .....i have club on wedn so i will let you know if ive lost any ...this week .ive done a lot of walking and exercise this week ..

well, I got weighed this morning am into week 4 of slimming world plan to find I had put 2lb on
My stomach is extremely bloated so am putting it down to that as I have not cheated nor have I had any chocolate or biscuits (my downfall) in over 3 weeks
I have walked everywhere I can and this week am going to do a fitness vid at least 3 times
I am NOT giving up as I want my clothes to fit by the time the warm weather comes
My goal at the moment is to get back under 10 stone
I have been very very stressed not sure if this can affect weight loss or not most people would lose weight I guess
So, even though not happy with this weeks weigh in am still determined !!!

You are all so sweet and funny and I (at someone who has lost weight, but could do with losing some more!) would honestly advise getting Paul McKenna's book and CD 'I can make you slim'. Diets don't work, sensible eating combined with excercise does. Paul's book makes sense and I lost a couple of stone gradually without dieting as such. I certainly cannot eat nearly anywhere as much as I did, and that can't be bad.

lil i go to slimming world ...weigh in on wedn if ive not lost anything i will cry ! ive been doing a lot of exercise and just hope it was worth it :)
