one year for my mum, me and my two brothers made 3 photo collage frames of us when we were babies and children.
My mum cried when she opened them, it does take time but she loved it

Hi, I had exactly the same problem, i was in a right quandry cause boy would he not be too pleased if he didn't receive something.
I've bought a digital photo frame from Red Save, plus a memory card. I've loaded some photo's.
So sorted for this year.
Just got to sort out birhday now.

also there is oxfam unwrapped where you choose something for a poor family and donate it on the persons behalf, you can also buy little extras for them to unwrap.

How about something small and simple, like a pedometer, which he can clip on his belt and which tells him how many paces he has walked each day? It may help him to be more exercise conscious if he needs to keep himself in trim.
