easy recipe

i need a really easy christmas cake recipe cause my 12 year old daughter wants to do 1 this year cheers

Hi cazxx1 - O.k,
8oz self raising flour
5oz butter
4oz castor sugar
2 large eggs or 3 medium
3oz cherries
1lb jar of mincemeat

Cream butter and suger together. Mix eggs in with flour gradually. Add cherries & mincemeat
Gas mark 3 = 170c for 1 and a quarter hours to 1 and a half hours. 8" cake tin.
