What is the name of the tilting machine which demonstrates Oil and Water do not mix

Hi guys, struggling to find an answer on the web. Hopefully you can help!

I am looking for the name of display, which is usually in a rectangular perspex box. It is it has a mixture of oil and water. One coloured blue, and the rocking motion of the display sets up a wave motion within the box.
