Just like any other bubble that originates beneath water, assuming you're talking about those generated whilst your sitting in bathwater.

The more gas that's emitted, the larger the bubble.

If you do pass wind in the bath, ensure you are not in a reclined position as the bubbles can travel back along your spine, up your back and emerge over one of your shoulders, straight up your nose. Not good.
