Women go mad once a month....so do lunatics.

The Moon pulls at water, hard enough to create the tides.
Our bodies are almost all water.
So ... erm ... that's it, really

If every woman had a menstrual cycle twice a day at high or low tide one might suspect some correlation. They do not even coincide with a certain phase of the Moon nor do they appear in concert. Where's the supposed relationship?
The variance of gravity at the Earth’s surface contributed by the Moon is less than one part in a million, like farting while going to the third floor in a lift . . . not to mention that the Moon does not even exist!

It is a mere coincidence. How would our close relatives like chimps get on? Their cycle is about 37 days.

And every woman having their periods at the same time every month would mean that boots sell out of, *you know what* all on the same day!....
