Do we eat spiders in our sleep?

i feel this is unlikely, although these creatures may be drawn to the nostrils...however we have several defences against that kind of behaviour. I occasionally have tarantula on toast, followed by black widow stew on wednesdays, however.

heard this many times. I did read some where that we all eat a certain amount of insect and spider parts but not in our sleep. They apparently end up in our food rarely such as cereal and bread. Such a small amount we wouldn't see it but plausable. How is anyone going to notice a tiny spider's leg in a bag of crisps say.
