i think the questioner was asking in a theoretical manner if you would feel anything not that he was about to "end it all" to many people jump to conclusions on here, everyone possibly at sometime or other thinks about odd things i often wondered if you could see your self aiming for the bottom of the bucket when your head was severed by the guillotine and apparently yes you would have for approx 2 to 3 secs,
nice thought

deggers316, I have not jumped to a conclusion. Despite others making a joke of it, I am genuinely concerned about tatomuck's state of mind. This is not the first time s/he has asked questions about suicide. The reason for my concern is that people who ask this type of question for the sake of inquiry usually reply at some stage and often join in the banter.

I don't mind at all if this is a wind-up or one of genuine inquisitiveness. It wouldn't be the first time I am wrong and it won't be the last. I prefer to go the safe way and at least take the question on face value in case it is a cry for help.

If this bothers you, then tough t!tties.

for goodness sake DONT....it has a terrible affect on the train drivers; they are often so traumatised that they take early reitrement. You'll make an awful mess and have to be hosed off the rails.......now, there's a legacy left for your nearest to suffer! Supposing you're not killed but just maimed to paraplegic......you would then be at the mercy of all of us! Trains would be stopped while you were cleared off the tracks; investigations by police, coroners etc and you wouldn't even get a mention in the news!

You would get more fame if you ran a train over....try that!

Jumping under a train is bad for the public, the driver, the families of the departed and just about anyone who sees or hears about.

Guys to be honest hes probably already done it, theres been an influx of suicides on the railway in the last 4 months in Harlow i know at least. 8 people in 4 months with the latest one last thursday, thats one every 2 weeks. It's like its the latest craze or something.

If your not happy with your life just think for a moment and think what makes you unhappy, desire causes suffering basically, take a look at some Buddhism websites or books they can help you through alot.

Just take life as it is and remember that everyone goes through trauma you just have to face it no matter how hard it is. Suicide may seem the easy way out but in truth its the cowards way. Life has its ups and downs and you gota take the highs with the lows, the good with the bad and just live.

Theres no turning back once you're candles' gone out. If it seems bad now just remember theres always the good stuff to come along still and you can't experience it if your not here anymore. Just help yourself on this one and keep your head up!
