This is not as new as the papers seem to think. I read about it some months ago.

I would think there is much more to come out of this after the investigation of so much material. An unknown primitive that had a culture that included ritual, e.g. a burial site, changes current thought

The burial site, according to several articles, is highly questionable since it's in a cave that has access through an opening only 7 inches aide. It's now thought that the creatures inside, squeezed through and couldn't get back out… at least that's one theory.

It's always puzzling when something of this nature is "discovered" how some articles report it as being the latest "missing link", while others are "ho-hum". Most often it's soon relegated to the back shelf...

The description made me think of Corbyn who is a rather disheveled figure.

I will reserve judgement on Corbyn and judge him on his performance. Miliband was a terrible opposition leader, so hoping for something better. I hope he wins, and I think he probably will.

It is, of course, most feasible that earthquakes over thousands of years have made access to the 'cave' as hard to reach as it is now. The transition from ape to human has to be present and as cave exploring/ab-sailing is getting more popular, there will no doubt be other discoveries that will come to light.
