Have any astronauts ever had sex with each other in space either for pleasure or as part of an experiment, or if not humans, have any other animals mated in space?

Yes, but the Big Bang was only a theory. Can you imagine how messy sex really would be in space!!!!! Droplets flying all over the place - and that's just the kisses!
