Completed but not sure I am correct with 2 solutions as I dont get the parsing! People entering shop pay pounds to have fine article wrapped
(F)O(O)T(B)A(L)L and Quiet pair wring about religion of Islam S(H)I(I)S(M)
I get the quiet and writing bit but why would 2 "i""s come into it?

pay = FOOT, pounds = L L, fine = F, article = A

2: roman numerals
Footfall (count of people in shop) - 'f(ine) a [article]' (in) 'foot' (pay) + 'll' (pounds)
