A riddle, a riddle win a pie if you're right. Which animal goes the longest without having a bite? I remember this from the cover of one of my Dandy annuals in the 6o's

What sort of pie?
Can we have some clarification on this question plzz ??
Do u mean which animal goes the longest without eating - or is there some other cryptic meaning??
Also, is the animal alive, like Dinky points out lol ??
a tapeworm can be up to 60 metres long
Giraffes are herbivores so maybe they chew rather than bite
The way this animals stomach feels this morning I could well qualify for this award.
