MOTOROLA GLEAM (AGAIN)

New phone for wife. Ringing volume not very loud even when all settings to max. Cannot hear it if in handbag. Also only rings for a short time before stopping and giving the announcement. Can I do anything about either?

Have got the ringtone volume sorted. Changed settings to "outdoor".
Anyone any ideas on length of time it rings before the announcement?
