Join 9 dots with only 4 straight lines

There should have been ... with 3 dots beneath and a further 3 dots below the 2nd line

You don't need a new thread- you can just add corrections by replying to your own question.

The way to solve this is to extend the first line beyond the third dot then do a diagonal downwards that I think also extends past the last dot, and so on until you have drawn 4 lines passing through all points
