This is very strange. The exact same clue is in this crossword but it only has 7 letters which points to Limpets as being the answer.

Well in this one the answer to 19 down is Munich and it is directly under the Limpets one. How strange is that.

Not really very strange - it is the same crossword, except for the fact that the MSN crossword has omitted a blank square after LIMPETS and the whole clue for 19 down!
