I am stuck on one final clue in a "Christmas Quiz". Any help welcome please.
In which language is CHRISTMAS spelled KPИCTMAC ?

Well that's the cyrillic alphabet, used in Russia and quite a few other countries.

Yep! That's about as far as I got!!!! The other answers are very specific though - even including Welsh and Scottish Gaelic. I wondered whether to go for SERBIAN as there seemed to be a similar word (but not quite the same) when I was hunting through the search engines.

Well Божић is the standard word used for Christmas in Serbia, so don't know.

Wonder if it's a trick question and the answer is none - it's a transliteration

As I live in Bulgaria, I would spell Christmas this way - so Bulgarian.
