Times Crossword Club

Hi, Is anyone else unable to access The Times Crossword Club tonight.

I've had a subscription payment problem which I thought they'd resolved today - so i don't know if it's just my subscription problem or it's the same for everyone.

I had problems a few days ago and to overcome them I deleted cookies by going to Tools > Temporary Internet Files> delete cookies.

I was having trouble logging-in and not with my subscription.

There it is for what it is worth.

I thought it might be a problem with my subscription.

WorldPay say I've re-subscribed, The Times think I haven't.

It's probably just The Times usual poor service. I noticed that problems at the weekend meant you didn't even have to log on.

Thanks for your thoughts K , as ever they're always appreciated.

When Windows Explorer didn't work, I switched to Firefox and was able to log in.
