DT Toughie 47

Can anyone explain why in the above crossword the answer to 7a, "Warning that 2011 might split, for example", was "Reversing Light?

Is there any chance that the '2011' could refer to clues 20 and 11 ?

I thought of that but couldn't make the connection:

The answer to 20 was 'Pooh'

The answer to 11 was 'Reno'

Still baffled!

I have seen the word "light" used in the sense of the answer to the clue , as well as the clue itself . Interesting then that both pooh and reno are reversible to form new words .
