20d Lysander's lover gives answer at end of her note. Ans Hermia. Apart from Hermia being Lysanders lover, I don't get it
22d Throw canvas sheets briefly over fish. Ans Sprat.

in no particular order ---tarps is short for tarpaulins-ie tarred canvas sheets. cubs come in packs of six[lead by a sixer]-small boy scouts..vale is an area[valley]souns like vail.

I have now got mar xis t . How do I get mart out of tub, please?
a mart is a like a sale and put backwards , it is tram -but still no tub.

Any offers on 17d, please?
