billericay lions i can sing a rainbow quiz

I have just received the answers to this quiz. I enclosed sae and have only got a sheet of answers back. ,nothing saying how many i got right or wrong i didn't take a photo copy, I see the is a note saying several of you asked for your marked answer sheets to be returned but this is not possible. Could i ask the question why was it not possible. I did write on quiz sheet for it to be returned and enclosed sae. Is this just me or do anyone else feel like this.

I felt just the same - almost made me wonder if they marked them all otherwise why wasnt it possible

I think we all probably did this. It's a bit unfortunate you didn't make a copy, luckily I did.
Hasten to add I wasn't amongst the winners though.
Can't give you a reason for them not returning sheets, probably because there were a lot of entries.

It shouldnt matter how many entries - if you enclose a SAE you expect to get your sheet back

It would have been nice to know how many I got correct. I can't remember if I got the Goldfinger one by Shirley Bassey right or wrong. I'm having second thoughts now about sending for the new one as the same will probably happen again.

I am sorry I seem to have upset so many of you.

Over the years I have taken part in many of similar quizzes and in the vast majority of cases I have not had my marked answer sheet returned, only getting a set of the correct answers back. As well as competing I have also set several quizzes and I have always just provided a set of answers and never had any complaints.
In the new quiz that has just started I have updated the rules to make it clear I will only send out an answer sheet.

Thanks for clarifying PuzzledPedro, but what is the reason for not returning sheets if a SAE is enclosed?

Thanks for that PuzzledPedro, did you ever put on your quiz sheet requesting your sheet to be sent back, because that is what i did on mine to you with the sae. Like Magyar said what is the reason for not returning our quiz sheets back
