Smouse here's a thought on "boy race in June". I know nothing about horse racing, but is there a race in june which excludes fillies. I have looked up
Derby and Oaks and they are for mixed and fillies only?

Also no 68, could sister mean Nunn. I havent found anyone though except a Rev Alice Nunn at present in Scunthorpe area.

well aren't I just full of it today lol
there could be a small mistake in clue 114. If it read "animals lair, no n" then the answer would be - wait for it - John de Dalderby which is how he is referred to several times! Thats my theory and I'm sticking to it. I need a cuppa.
