1967 - Breathalyser first introduced.
1966 has been suggested as decimal coins first introduced in Britain --- but the first coins appeared in 1969 in readiness for the change-over in February 1971.

Sorry - 1968 were the first decimal coins, not 69.

Didn'r you like the answer I gave you for 1967 that you had to ask it again - and get the same answer.

David Cameron was born in 1966, so what about:
1966 = David Cameron first introduced in Britain?? :-)
Seriously though, what about donor cards, debit cards?
