I just had a look through a pack of cards but couldn't find a "one-eyed queen".

The jack of diamonds has two eyes in my pack,
Could this be a trick question referring to the letter 'i' in diamonds? In which case the answer would be the jack of diamonds.

Yes, it's the Jack of Hearts which has one eye.

Hi squarebear & gen2
Thanks for your thoughts
I rather like the i in Diamonds being the "one-eye" suggestion,so I think I will go with the Queen of Diamonds as the answer

It looks like Italy and France are both known as "The Blues" but that doesn't fit in with Forest as far as I can see.

It would appear that the "standard" UK pack of cards contains two one-eyed Jacks (in the major suits of Hearts and Spades). In such packs, the only other one-eyed royal is the King of Diamonds!
HOWEVER, I do have a pack in which the Jack and King of Diamonds are one-eyed (as referred to in the Question)! In THIS pack the only other royal with one eye is the QUEEN of Spades!

29. You haven't copied the question word for word - there is absolutely no suggestion that the Q is about a UK pack of playing cards.
66. to do with the club history

Hi peabrain
Thanks for your message/clue
Although I haven't copied the question word for word I haven't said that it is a UK pack either. However if it helps the correct wording is as follows
In this deck of playing cards I'm looking at the King of Diamonds is one-eyed,as is the Jack of Diamonds.Which Queen completes this set of one-eyed royals?
