Any ideas on The Graveyard Tree (7) which I asked earlier??

Google says the Yew is known as the graveyard tree but you have 7 letters - is that correct? Maybe it's cryptic.

JMR27 has got it - Cypress.
Known as the Tree of LIght has now been adopted for use at funerals and in graveyards.
