As a general rule I don't get too involved with quizzes, but prefer to concentrate on crosswords whether GK or Cryptic.

However, I feel obliged to add to this thread to register my extreme displeasure at the abusive content of Spotty Dogs offering. Whatever his views may be on this matter, there is absolutely no need for personal abuse on this site.

So please either moderate your posts Spotty Dog or migrate to Body & Soul where such behaviour is looked upon as quite acceptable! (S)
