Help please! It must be Monday morning...I can't get this last one..25A = A kind of German or Swiss smoked pork sausage. -E-V-L-T which doesn't make sense as sausage is wurst. ! Any sugs anybody?

I obviously don't eat out much!!! Now my dogs can uncross their paws and we can go for our walk!
