7D. Sinner. Where does Brutus fit in?
My reasoning for 1D. T=time+lover(backwards) for devotee=Revolt.
13A. Is the service the RAF (Bradford') hence the 'fly over' in the clue?
13A. Eccentric=card+loads=charge?
If those are correct then I've finished in record time.

7d Sinner......sounds like CINNA (conspirator with Brutus)
13 Service (go over) Flat (plane)
13a Eccentric = card ..gets in (side) Charges (loads)
