I think it could be HERS - Rest (others) to back off = hers - just referring to Kim as a girl's name. I'm struggling with 1a10a 14a if you can help please

I can't help thinking that the clue for 13a must indicate a direct link to Kim, not just any girl's name.

I'll settle for "hers", just because I can't think of anything else that would make sense. Kim can be a man's name as well as a woman's, though, so it's a bad clue!
