DT Cryptic 19 August

Am stuck on the bottom right hand corner. It looks like 18 down is roadster,21 across is somebody, 23 across is rurality and 14 down??Decameron, or have I got it completely wrong!! Many thanks in anticipation clivetoll (Sun 12:25 20/Aug/06)
