What letters have you got?
Rear-roasted.
Sorry...I should have explained the reasoning above. Otherwise rare = an anagram...ie rear. An oast is an oven and it is found (ie involved) in red = rare. Put the two parts together for the final answer, rear-roasted, which = lightly cooked. Cheers
