Sure I've completed it correctly but am most intrigued to know what the weird shapes top left and bott. right have remotely to do with apple pies? Please enlighten me, some kind person - it's a bit like finding the only possible answer to a cryptic clue but frustratingly not having the foggiest idea how the compiler arrived at it in his thinking...

I have just run it through the computer and it looks like the following:

Top Left: A pie or a pie dish
Top Right: An apple with a bite out of it
Btm Left: An apple
Btm Right: Part of a house or a shed?

Thanks gen2, good morning! I had worked out the designer apples, and possibly the cubist dish, but can't see the house connection !!! Maybe compiler has "apple-pie" mind viz. as in "bed" - impossible to get into!

I assumed that the shape bottom right was a slice of the pie.

You could be right, quizmonkey! At least it'll stop me fretting about a useless fact! Shame I can't give you a slice of the "prize" pie, in the highly unlikely event of my winning it...
