This kind of monumental statement is utterly meaningless.
If Hilary Clinton had won, we'd have had World War Three!!!!
But she didn't win.

We deal with what is, and huffing and puffing about what isn't, is a waste of time.
We would not have had World War Three at all - we'd have Russia and America finding ways to accentuate their similarities and minimise their differences, the same as they have for hundreds of years.

He has not been convicted of War Crimes, "innocent until proven guilty" and all that.
Condemnation of such crimes can be levied from opposing sides, or sometimes from the same side if the accusations against T Blair are anything to go by.

Putin...the very last thing Putin is, is not guilty.
His planes are bombing Syria as we type. He has not denied that he is doing that and the word of all the journos, charities and the UN are good enough for me. By your books, Hitler wasn't proved to be guilty either.
