Kent has an horse on it's logo, it's an horse rampant.
Cornwalls logo is a sheath of corn against a shield.

Cheshire emblem is three sheaves of corn and a sword on a shield.

Thanks again tonyav will look that one up when my computer wakes up. I appear to be in company with others looking for this clue so here's hoping.
The logo for Cheshire was (till it disappeared in 2009) a sheaf of corn standing in front of a blue shield.
