This can't be a straightforward substitution code as there are more than 26 characters.
can you give a clue ?

9th word is obvious given location .
6th word is name of machine .
it is letter substitution from there .
Agreed puzzle 1 is straightforward letter substitution, but puzzle 2 has more than 26 characters.
Code 2 is a homophonic substitution cipher with 28 symbols representing 22 letters (E and T both have 2 symbols and A and G both have 2). The 2 digits are not changed and the letters J, Q, X and Z do not appear in the plaintext.

Sorry, I meant E and T both have 3 symbols !!
... and A and I have 2, I'm having a bad day !!
