Can anyone explain how the answer to

Is Thresher shark, I think it was treetops1 answer but cannot work first part out?
Also struggling with
72 amber coloured beer & delay or prolong -er
99 anagram top of the milk + l l
Cannot get any anagram from llcream unless their is another meaning to top of the milk
Any help greatly appreciated

I can see the 'shark' but don't see where he thresher comes from- does the -rl mean you remove RL from something?

I thought an 'open sided building on farm' was a 'Dutch Barn' - but no 'L' in that.

Alternate name is 'Pole Barn' but can't get anything from that - anybody?
