I'm wearing my harvest vestival, cupid. It's lovely and warm.
So it is, happy harvest festival cupid

Is that to show off the fancy Vests the wear?

In Rising Damp I always remember Rigsby describing , I think, Miss Jones underwear. He called them her Harvest Festivals... all is safely gathered in.

Hang on we've got Hallowe'en, Mischief Night and Bonfire Night before we even think about Christmas.
Talking of vests - does anybody remember the Liberty bodice? You would have to be of a certain age.
