Found it difficult to get started this week but am now left with only one:
8a Place to be situated next to university (4) - I - U. Can only think of situ and lieu. Any ideas would be appreciated - thanks.

to be situated = LIE, university = U
p.s. and 'situ' is only used as part of the phrase in situ not as a word on its own
