Last 3 (all in a row) please can you help

47. Get the doctor (4 2 1 6)
48. Don't be nosey (9 6 3 3)
49. Even strides (4 2 1 6 4) I have seen walk at a snail's pace given but it doesn't seem to fit.

I can't come up with anything different for 10 & 23 so I have gone with the same answer - I don't think that anyone else has got anything different
