I'm stuck on one question.
Any help would be much appreciated.
The only book I can find is by Martin Cruz Smith published in 1992.
I can't find anything earlier.

I have just checked the quiz and 1960's has been changed for 1990's so your answer of Martin Cruz Smith will be right.
