Morning all :-)

5D An eastern dish consisting of rice flavoured with spices and cooked in stock to which meat, poultry or fish may be added? P*L*U

when looking this up it says it is called PILAF, but doesn't fit, so is it PILAU? To me, that is just yellow rice.

HELP please!
