Here is the February edition of the Quizzes and Puzzles round up. Looks a bit more healthy than last month's.

Please add in any other quizzes you have to this thread in the usual way.

8. Music Quiz 100 questions for St James Church, Spilsby, closing date 2nd April.

9. M People Quiz 40 clues in aid of Lincoln Cat Care, closing date 2nd April.

10. Baking day Quiz answers are things you might make or use on baking day for Parkinsons UK (Kendal Branch), closing date 5th April.

11. All Steamed Up Quiz 80 cryptic clues to steam locomotive names in aid of Billericay Lions, closing date 14th April.

12. Big Quiz 3 for St Mary's Hall Fund, closing date 16th April.

13. Spring Quiz 50 questions for Save the Children, closing date 12th May.

14. The Natural World Quiz 50 questions in aid of East Anglian Air Ambulance, closing date 22nd June.

15. Coast to Coast Quiz 40 clues to coastal locations around Great Britain in aid of St. Guthlac's Ladies' Guild, closing date 21st July.

16. Who Am I? picture quiz 180 clues to famous faces in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Trust (Fakenham Group), closing date 1st September.

Ed, that is really useful that you post the closing dates. It helps those of us giving answers to know which quizzes still have a long way to go yet, so we might not want to answer too early.

The Spring Quiz for Macmillan Cancer Support

The Spring Quiz for Macmillan Cancer Support is now available both by online donation at http://www.justgiving.com/theSpringQuiz and by post from

by sending SAE and cheque payable to 'Macmillan Cancer Support 'for at least £2.

If donating by post, you might like to include a completed gift-aid form which can be downloaded from http://www.macmillan..../GiftAid/GiftAid.aspx

Copies sent in the post are A3 size which many people prefer. Electronic copies sent to online donors can be printed out on any size of paper your printer can handle.

The quiz consists of cryptic clues to the names of 125 musicians.

The will be prizes of £50, £30, & £20 in John Lewis vouchers for the first three correct entries drawn at random after the closing date of 7 April 2012.

Users of this site are kindly requested neither to solicit nor to provide answers to this quiz, although the solicitation and provision of subtle hints from 1 April onwards would be acceptable. Thank you.
