Luckily we have a kitchen in our hotel so we went to the local supermarket and bought a bit choice, some salad and some bread.

OH is still one-handed after his op, so it was kedgeree (running low on ideas for one-handed food!). Ideas welcome. Get results on tumour in about 10 days by the way.
