Problem Displaying Saga Newsletter

My partner and I both receive Saga's newsletters via email and have done for some time. For some reason they no longer open properly on her laptop. Clicking on a topic used to open up a webpage with the content, now it opens up with just a list of things down the left side of screen. It's as though there is something "blocking" it from opening properly.
The PC OS is Windows 7 and we both have Kaspersky Internet Security 2016.

I seem to recall someone once telling me you can go into something to "allow" certain websites etc. Is this what we need to do. It only seems to be a problem with the Saga newsletter. It does say at the top of the email to click "here" if it doesn't display properly, but that just takes you to the same website that displays as a list of words.
My partner has mentioned to me that from time to time when she goes onto a website (could be any), a box pops up with some kind of warning/advisory message about potentially being unsafe, and asks if you want to disable or continue. For safety's sake she has usually clicked disable. Might it be gthis that has now blocked Saga?
Help please. TIA

I think that the Kaspersky in the PC is applying a block on the Saga newsletter site and needs to be un-blocked. I do Not use Kaspersky and am unable to help, apart from suggesting that, if nothing positive comes from AB techies, then it might be appropriate to contact Kaspersky. :-

Thanks Hans, much appreciated. I tried what you suggested, but there were no URLs listed as being blocked or allowed. My partner has now tried using a different web browser to see if that made a difference, switching from Chrome to Firefox. Hey Presto, it opened ok, so it seems the issue is when using Chrome. I have no idea why or what can be done, but at least we have narrowed it down.
There are two Browsers that I really dislike......Internet Explorer and Chrome.

Stick with my favourite Firefox, if you wish to be virtually free of any Internet problems.

Anyway, I am pleased that your problem has been solved and appreciate your feedback.

Thanks....Hans.
