Whenever we read stories critical of UKIP or Farage, supporters of the party (or those with sympathies for UKIP's aims) claim media bias.

Why are there no claims of bias with stories such as these. Is it because those who support centre or left parties welcome challenge/debate, whereas those who support right of centre parties (especially UKIP) are far more prone to look for excuses, rather than to engage in debate?

Do you really expect ABers to trawl through that amount of links, just so you can try and prove some point or other?
Sp, you really are an idiot. lol.

No - of course not. The gist is in the question. The links are merely there to illustrate the point.

Do you have any idea as to why there has been so little of the 'poor me' narrative?

Thanks for the update. Nice to sometimes receive an unbidden character summary.
For the very simple reason that there are people in this world who believe that their view of events is Holy Writ and therefore unquestionable. That being the case, any media outlet which does not espouse their view wholeheartedly is obviously blatantly biased.
The Mail, Telegraph, and Express. No one with any sense would expect fairness from them where anything slightly left of centre is being discussed.

Why Is Or News So Bias?
sp do you make a habit of just reposting aog but in mirror image. You could have answered his earlier post instead of spending an hour trawling the web and just reposting the opposite to his query.

Please show me five examples of this.

Over, say - the last two years.
One shouldn't get all worked up about chip wrappers. El Jel will stand or fall at the dispatch box.
Hopefully Dave will be left wanting.

This is a question. It only needs a one word answer.
Methinks he doth protest too much.

Sorry - I should have been more succinct.

No.

Also, it didn't take anywhere near an hour. Remember, Corbyn was elected leader only a couple of days ago!

So...now that we've sorted that out - how comes right wingers whinge all the time?
Hi SP thx for the hard work in marshalling your evidence

are you really asking why no one ( not even AOG who read and believes every word that appears in the DM ) is protesting that the DM's portrayal of Corbym is biassed ?

for a start the printed media can be much more tendentious than broadcase media but that is embedded in the rules

Didnt we expect the daily Mail not to give Corbyloon a fair crack of the whip ?
