Listener 4191, Full Instructions Included by Nudd

Nice and easy does it this week, with most of the clues yielding before the penny needed to drop. My last alteration was also perhaps the least satisfying, involving the least challenging clue I've ever seen in a Listener, but it was the only possibility I could see given what needed to happen. Appreciation for a cheerful, not too taxing piece to Nudd.
